On October 24, 2020, further restrictions introduced by the Government devastated the wedding industry. Thousands of couples were left alone at the altar. They faced wedding disorganization, a race against time, and above all, financial loss.
The government’s decision was necessary for the health of us all. However, the way it was implemented and the lack of any assistance leaves much to be desired.
Chaos, stress, despair, and uncertainty. These are the feelings we’ve had to contend with in the 21st century.
Both the couples and we, entrepreneurs, were left without any help. Left to fend for ourselves.
