Return and Exchange Policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Every pair of YES, I SHOE shoes is custom-made. However, in accordance with consumer law, you have 14 days to return them (starting from the day you receive the shipment), provided the product shows no signs of wear.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
For a smooth return, please:

properly secure the shoes for transport,
-
include proof of purchase,
-
inform us about the return beforehand by email: biuro@yesishoe.pl,

send the shipment back at your own expense.

We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment.
IMPORTANT – SHOE CONDITION
Shoes may only be tried on at home, on a clean surface.
We do not accept returns for shoes with:
-
scratches,
-
dirt,
-
signs of wear, especially on the sole.
Shoes in such condition are not suitable for resale.
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
The following are not eligible for return:
-
custom designs, such as:
-
color change,
-
heel height change,
-
shoe width change,
-
other modifications made at the client’s request,
-
-
products that were exchanged at the client’s request,
-
products with visible signs of wear.
CUSTOM DESIGNS – SIZE EXCHANGE
For custom design orders, a full product return is not possible.
However, to meet your needs, we offer a one-time size exchange.

READY-TO-SHIP PRODUCTS
You can order several pairs of shoes available in the “Ready-to-Ship” section.
These are models already made, ready for shipment, which do not require a new production process.
Due to the individual production process, it is not possible to order several custom-made models for selection purposes.
